At ZOGI, we value your time and trust. Our goal is to deliver your order quickly, safely, and in the best condition. Please read our shipping policy carefully:
Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping & Delivery Time
- Standard delivery time is 3–7 business days depending on your location.
- Remote or rural areas may take a little longer.
- Once shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with tracking details.
Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹2999.
- For orders below ₹2999, a nominal shipping fee will be charged at checkout.
- Cash on Delivery (COD), if available, may include an additional fee.
Tracking Your Order
- You can track your order using the tracking link shared on your registered email/phone after dispatch.
- Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update.
Delays in Delivery
- We work with trusted courier partners, but delays due to strikes, weather, or unforeseen reasons are beyond our control.
- In such cases, we will keep you updated via email/SMS.
Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
- Please provide accurate delivery details while placing your order.
- ZOGI will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- If the package is returned due to an incorrect address, re-shipping charges may apply.
International Shipping (Optional)
- Currently, we ship across India. International shipping will be introduced soon.
